Within 48 hours of receiving your inquiry, we will contact you with an initial quote. We will discuss the details of the project with you and specify all the details.

After paying the agreed advance / payment, we will prepare a complete project for you, containing the logo and other graphic signs along with their size, location and colors. The design will include all finishing details.

After accepting the project, before we start production, we will make a prototype of the order. We will then send it to you so you can see the final result. This stage gives you certainty of what the entire ordered batch will look like. This is the last moment for any minor adjustments, although we are sure that they will not be necessary.

After accepting the prototype, we start the actual production. You can now safely wait for your order to be finalized. The execution time is determined individually and depends on the complexity of the project and the number of ordered pieces.

When your order is ready and carefully packed, you can collect it from us on your own or we will send it by courier to the address indicated.
